Meet up at IHYS and walk, bike or drive to the location at Kadish Park, overlooking the gorgeous city with a view of Lake Michigan. We will practice asana, pranayama, mudra, and meditation on the longest day of the year. Stay to chat after the session. Thai bodywork assists are also provided.
